I placed a black male and female in the image because I've heard that comment before and actually witnessed the behavior of black males regarding CAN'T DISCIPLINE themselves when it comes to sex.

As far as black females (which is not restricted to just black females) it seems as if THEY have a BIG ISSUE with MONEY NOT BEING SPENT on them when they are with a man and ESPECIALLY WORKING black females who are CAPABLE OF providing for themselves and PAYING THEIR OWN WAY.

The LACK OF SEXUAL DISCIPLINE (the male) or ISSUE WITH MONEY NOT BEING SPENT ON YOU (the female) or RESPONSIBLE SEXUAL BEHAVIOR (both of them) when it comes to this topic has NOTHING to do with SLAVERY or RACISM.

[MY PERSONAL OPINION]

I personally believe that ANY individual, couple or group with a LACK OF DISCIPLINE and an ENTITLEMENT ATTITUDE (owe you something that you have not earned) will never progress beyond that LOWER level of thinking and behavior and this INCLUDES ANY INDIVIDUAL or PEOPLE of any race, color or creed.
