CLASS IS IN SESSION: "HIGH MAINTENANCE WOMAN: There is Nothing Wrong With Being a High Maintenance Woman As Long As She Is Not Your Woman"

It does not matter whether she has a job or not.  When it comes to a relationship, MOST females EXPECT YOU to BEAR THE MAJORITY of the responsibility of MAINTAINING the relationship IF she is going to REMAIN WITH YOU.

[HIGH MAINTENANCE HAVE TOO PRIMARY AREAS OF CONCERN WHEN IT COMES TO RELATIONSHIPS]

I'm sure there are more than 2 areas but I believe the MOST important areas of focus are 1) Time and 2) Money.  For this post, I am going to focus on money.

[RELATIONSHIP MAINTENANCE SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST]

When it comes to the Male, Female and Relationship, the relationship should be FIRST when it comes to finances.  There are 4 basic areas in a relationship that requires maintenance (if you are renting) and 7 basic areas (if you are a  homeowner).

These areas below should REQUIRE EQUAL contribution:

1.  FOOD.  You NEED to eat.

2.  RENT.  You NEED to live somewhere.

3.  UTILITIES.  You NEED electricity, water and power.

4.  MORTGAGE (home owner).  You NEED to live somewhere.

5.  INSURANCE (home owner).  You REQUIRED to have if you have a mortgage.

6.  TAXES (home owner).  You WILL PAY if you want to keep your home.

7.  SAVINGS (for unexpected expense).  Only a FOOL or a woman that lives with a FOOL that will pay for her don't prepare for the unexpected.

8.  ENTERTAINMENT.  You WANT enjoyment OUTSIDE of your residence then BOTH of you pay for it.

[IF SHE PLACES HERSELF FIRST, WHO DO YOU THINK WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RELATIONSHIP]

Only idiots and morons DON'T KNOW the answer to this.

[WHAT IS THE BENEFIT TO YOU IF YOU GET A WOMAN THAT DOES NOT EQUALLY CONTRIBUTE TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE RELATIONSHIP FIRST]

None UNLESS your mentality is that YOU ARE the primary and/or sole provider and in that that case, THE BENEFIT is YOUR EGO being lifted or YOUR INSECURITY level being lowered TEMPORARILY.

[WHAT'S THE MOST BENEFICIAL CHOICE FOR THE EVERYDAY JOE THAT I REPRESENT]

I say go with a CONSIDERATE, SENSIBLE, FRUGAL woman that is PHYSICALLY FIT and has NATURAL beauty because SHE WILL NOT BE into:

- shopping when ever she sees the SALE advertisement and have NO JUSTIFICATION for spending other than it's on sale 

- weaves (especially those weaves that DO NOT resemble HER hair texture), 

- designer clothes, 

- long nails, 

- regularly scheduled trips to the beauty salon because she's TOO LAZY to do some of it herself,

- fine dining (which means expensive) as opposed to cooking at home MOST of the time.

If you LOVE a high maintenance woman then that is YOUR CHOICE.  I have no problem with YOUR CHOICE because it's YOUR MONEY and not mine that YOU are SPENDING ON HER.

JUST REMEMBER that HO'S ARE EASY TO FIND and THE REASON (in most cases) a high maintenance female is with you is because of YOU MAINTAINING HER and THE RELATIONSHIP so you better NOT EVER RUN OUT OF MONEY.

I simply want you to THINK about whether or not you want a PARTNER and COMFORT or a LIABILITY and STRESS BEFORE your next RELATIONSHIP.
